We offer a free standard delivery service on all overs over £45, otherwise if you’re in a hurry we provide a faster premium delivery service for £3.99. Where specific prescriptions are in stock, we will endeavour to offer same day despatch on orders placed before 3pm. All of our packaging fits comfortably through standard-sized letterboxes and you will receive tracking notifications from Royal Mail once your order is despatched and again once it has been delivered.

No, this is not necessary. We trust you to carefully check that you have provided the correct details of your prescription. Please do this with care as we will not be able to accommodate any returns on contact lenses ordered in error once the packaging has been opened.

In our experience, 99% of all orders placed using our Standard Delivery service will arrive no later than 5 working days after despatch. In the unlikely event that you have still not received your order, please contact us on cs@pureoptical.co.uk. If you have specified a business address, please double-check with your Reception or Postmaster personnel to confirm that they’re not holding it on your behalf.

We appreciate that it can be a little intimidating when entering your prescription online for the first time, so we have written a comprehensive guide on how to do this which you can find here. You are most welcome to, however we would strongly recommend buying multiple boxes to benefit from our free standard delivery service. If you wear a different brand or product in each eye, you have the ability to select one eye on your chosen product’s page.
