Delivery and Returns Information

Covid19 Virus Update

We are continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully. In line with official advice, we are pleased to say that we are still operating a full service with no delays across our delivery network. Given the rapidly changing circumstances we will notify you in the earliest possible instances.

Standard Delivery - 4-5 working days Free over £49, £2.99* on orders under £49
Premium Delivery - 2-3 working days £3.99

* Please note, orders for one box of lenses now carries a delivery cost of £4.99 due to rising courier costs. Please accept our apologies.

Further Information

All of our delivery cartons up to a maximum of 6 boxes of lenses are packed slim enough to fit through a standard letterbox which means that your lenses are safe, protected from the weather and for your convenience they do not require a signature. Orders of over six boxes of lenses will be sent via a Royal Mail tracked and signed for service.

Once your order is ready to be despatched, you will receive your tracking number.

What if my order has been despatched but I have not received it?

In our experience, 99% of all orders placed using our Standard Delivery service will arrive no later than 5 working days after despatch. In the unlikely event that you have still not received your order, please contact us on cs@pureoptical.co.uk. If you have specified a business address, please double-check with your Reception or Postmaster personnel to confirm that they’re not holding it on your behalf.

Returns Information

We offer 30 day returns on all of our products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however should you wish to return your order, you can do so to the following address:

Please note that all lens boxes should be unopened in resalable condition, otherwise we cannot accept your return. We recommend that you use a signed for service to return your parcel as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost in transit.
